EXHIBITOR + Sponsorship Opportunities

OACP Trainings and events are unique, exciting opportunities to network with your target market, herald your name and interests and explain your products and services in a one-on-one atmosphere.

ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE

Each year from around the state chiefs of police, along with other law enforcement officers, come together to network, learn, and share ideas. Exhibiting at this event puts your company in the room with the state’s key decision makers in Oklahoma law enforcement.

As an exhibitor, in addition to your booth space, you will receive the following benefits:

  • An exhibit booth including one six-foot table with Wi-Fi access (electricity not included)

  • Company included in conference materials

  • Nametag with company name for all attending representatives

  • Breakfast and lunch for one representative on dedicated Exhibit Hall day

  • One copy of attendee mailing list

  • Listing on exhibitor check-sheet given to all attendees to promote booth traffic

Booth Options

  • Auto/Vehicle Booth ($1,700) includes space for one vehicle in the main exhibit hall

  • Endcap Booth ($1,500) includes one 16’x8’ booth on the end of a main aisle in the exhibit hall

  • Corner Booth ($1,200) includes one 12’x8’ booth on the corner of an aisle in the exhibit hall

  • Premium Booth ($950) includes one 12’x8’ booth in the exhibit hall

  • Standard Booth ($700) includes one 10’x8’ booth in the exhibit hall

  • Resource Booth ($150) includes one 6’ table in foyer near exhibit hall

Booth add-ons

  • Electricity ($50) includes access to electric at your booth. You will be responsible for providing electric cables from the access point to your table.

  • Additional Representative ($100) includes additional nametag and access to meals on the day of the exhibit hall.

  • 2-Day Meal Ticket ($120) includes access to meals for the rest of the week, excluding the Awards Banquet

  • Awards Banquet Ticket ($65) includes a ticket to the 2025 Awards Banquet.

  • Golf Entry ($75) includes entry for one player at the OACP Golf Event.


OACP Golf Event

Join us for the OACP Golf Event on May 19th with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. at Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club located at 12428 Chickasaw Point Rd, Kingston, OK 73439.

This year’s golf fee is $75, which includes green fees, cart fees, and lunch.

There will also be a longest drive and closest to the hole competition so start practicing now!


 Additional Opportunities

  • All-Day Beverage Sponsor ($1,500/day, 3 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed throughout day of service.

  • Breakfast Sponsor ($2,500/day, 1 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during mealtime and sign with company name and logo displayed during meal.

  • Lunch Sponsor ($3,000/day, 2 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during mealtime and sign with company name and logo displayed during meal.

  • Banquet Sponsor ($5,000, 2 available) includes recognition at the Banquet including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.

  • Bag Sponsor (1 available) includes the opportunity to provide a bag with your company’s name and logo to each attendee. Your company would need to ship the bags to OACP at least three weeks prior to registration cut-off.


Sponsorship Packages

Make an impact with your investment! With a sponsorship, you will have maximum exposure to the event attendees and the entire OACP membership.


Vendor set up will begin at 1:00 p.m. on May 20th and attendees will have a dedicated exhibit hall time block during the afternoon of May 21st until 5:30 p.m. After that dedicated time, exhibitors must break down and remove their items from the space. If you want to stay for the rest of the conference, you will need to purchase a 2-day meal ticket (banquet not included) for all representatives that will be staying.

By registering as an exhibitor or sponsor, you agree to the OACP Exhibitor + Sponsor Terms and Conditions.

Registration closes May 5, 2025. Cancellations made prior to May 5, 2025 will receive a full refund. After May 5, 2025, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to May 5th and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
