Registration Fees:

• Registration: $399/member or $500/non-member, which includes an exhibit hall ticket, meal tickets including the banquet, and t-shirt if you register by April 10th. If you register after that date, no shirt will be included.

  • T-shirt design will be released once finalized.

• Additional Banquet Ticket: $65

• Golf Fee: $100. Tee times will be reserved starting at 1:00 p.m. on May 18th. After the registration period has closed, we will notify everyone of their team and their tee time. No on-site registrations will be allowed.

• Additional T-shirt: $15, must be ordered by April 10th.

Registration closes May 3rd. Cancellations made prior to May 3rd will receive a full refund. After May 3rd, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to May 3rd and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.
