Service Oklahoma invites law enforcement agencies to attend one of our in-person training sessions on Oklahoma’s physical driver license and state ID, which will be issued as part of the new driver license system launching in February 2026.
Training will cover the updated card design, security features, layout and data elements, with a focus on what officers and investigators may encounter during credential verification in the field. Sessions will be led by the driver license card vendor, who will walk through the card features and answer questions.
To support statewide access, agencies are asked to use the following participation guidance when registering:
Large agencies: approximately 10–15 attendees
Mid-size agencies: approximately 5–8 attendees
Small or rural agencies: approximately 2–4 attendees
Where possible, agencies are encouraged to include at least one designated trainer, supervisor or lead who can support internal knowledge sharing following training.
The parking lot entrance faces the Courthouse. The 201 Building parking lot may fill. Upon entry, the machine will issue a ticket. Please take the ticket with you and validate it at the elevator before exiting. Once validated, you will have 15 minutes to exit the parking lot.
If the gate displays “Lot Full,” please park on the street or in the Courthouse parking garage. Street and Courthouse parking require the ParkMobile app. Parking costs are approximately $1 per hour.
